    Freshmen

    In addition to submitting the required admission documents, international students must also submit an official foreign credit evaluation document by an agency that is a member of NACES (National Council of Credential Evaluation Services)

     Transfer

    In addition to submitting the required admission documents for transfer students, international students and students who have earned foreign college credits must also submit: 

    • An official course-by-course foreign credit evaluation by an agency that is a member of NACES (National Council of Credential Evaluation Services).  
    • Applicants whose first language is not English must submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS). In lieu of TOEFL or IELTS scores, an applicant may choose to sit for an English as a Second Language exam (ESL) at the NJCU campus. To schedule an appointment for an exam, please call the ESL Department at 201-200-3087.
