Serving the religious and spiritual needs of faculty, staff, and students, the University Chaplain serves as a campus counseling resource for any type of questions or personal issues, regardless of religious beliefs or denomination.
Appointed by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark and operating independently of NJCU, Rev. Luke A. Edelen, "Father Luke" is a member of the Hudson County Interfaith Brotherhood and Sisterhood, and has connections with religious leaders of all faiths.
