The Office of Human Resources strives to offer the best to its customers, the employees of New Jersey City University.

PAYROLL INFORMATION
How to view your paycheck: 

  • Log into GothicNet using your assigned user name and password.
  • Click main menu > employees > staff self-service > view pay check.

W-2 INFORMATION

W-2’s are now available for all staff to view and print online through GothicNet.
Please be aware that the 2016 W-2s reflect 26 pay periods, whereas the 2015 W-2s reflected 27 pay periods.

ACA COMPLIANCE

Affordable Care Act reports (Form 1095-C) will be available soon.  An email notification will be sent to all staff when it is available for viewing and printing online through GothicNet
