Below are listed sets of troubleshooting and Quick Start Instructions for the Windows PC Platform formatted to be printed in either Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF, MS Word or HTML.

List of room numbers for Smart Classrooms and Karnoutsos building Technology enhanced rooms:

• This one page handout has a list of all technology enhanced classrooms on campus with detailed explanations of each item of equipment and its capabilities. The first Smart Board installations with the touchable "Smart" boards are in the Science, Rossey and Professional studies buildings, while the newer technology enhanced classrooms in Karnoutsos shows the same detailed equipment information with room numbers and classroom capacity. Windows Operating System Instructions:

• What to do when your PC "freezes" or "locks up" (PDF only)

• Copying files from your hard drive to a floppy disk (PDF), (Word) or (html)

Microsoft Office 97 Instructions:
