Mr. Smith is responsible for the department's Loaner Library of notebook computers and digital display equipment, which is loaned to faculty and staff. Additionally, he creates and maintains the department's Web site, provides one-on-one training on a variety of software applications to faculty and staff, and coordinates computer lab needs for faculty teaching on-campus sections of classes in the Masters in Educational Technology program.
Dr. Pratt provides overall leadership and is responsible for the department's operation and staffing. He is also responsible for the coordination of campus-wide departmental computer labs supported by Academic Computing. Dr. Pratt schedules the computer labs for classes, as well as individual classes or training sessions.

Mr. Syed coordinates and maintains the department's program of technical training and assistance. He also provides first level technical support and maintenance for the 56 Technology classrooms on campus. This includes assisting faculty, troublshooting problems, and coordinating maintenance issues.
Mr. Emmanuel has overall responsibility for managing and supervising the Electronic Learning Lab. He also coordinates technical and maintenance issues in the following computer labs: Vodra Student Computer Lab, English (Open Writing Lab), and English as a Second Language. This includes responsibility for all of the equipment, software, and user interfaces.

Mr. Morales coordinates workshops for faculty in the use of instructional technology for the Center for Instructional and Technological Innovation (CITI). He also provides individualized assistance and consultation on pedagogoical issues and best practices in the design of technology enhanced courses as well as incorporating instructional technology for classroom and/or online use.

Ms.Toribio is responsible for the department's student staff. This includes hiring, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating the staffing in the computer labs. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining the department's budget and inventory processes and files.

He also assists faculty in the use of instructional technology which includes audio, video, Web design and presentation software.
