Operation Promise for Servicemembers (OPS) - A NJASCU College Promise Initiative.
The New Jersey Association of State Colleges is a non-profit, nonpartisan, higher educational association proudly representing New Jersey City University (NJCU) and eight other state colleges and universities. As a service to its members and the public, NJASCU developed the Operation Promise for Servicemembers (OPS) initiative in the fall of 2008 following the passage of the Post 9/11 GI Bill. A primary component of OPS is to provide information to its members and the public through an online clearinghouse of information. Veterans and Active-Duty Servicemembers are encouraged to access and provide input to this web portal by going HERE.
