  • www.njhire.com The New Jersey Teacher Recruitment Initiative was established by the New Jersey State Department of Education to recruit qualified individuals to the teaching profession in order to improve the quantity and quality of New Jersey’s teaching force.

    HJHire, the cornerstone of the Teacher Recruitment Initiative, is a one-stop information and referral recruitment center for individuals who may be interested in a teaching career. NJHire offers a variety of informational and advisor-assisted services to prospective teachers.
