Distance Education Complaint Procedures

Distance education students at New Jersey City University are encouraged to attempt to resolve any academic complaints they may have with the University through standard University Academic Grievance procedures which can be found here: Academic Grievance/Appeal Procedures

Pursuant to the United States Department of Education's Program Integrity Rule, New Jersey City University is required to provide all prospective and current students with contact information for filing complaints with its accreditor and with its state approval or licensing entity.
