Dr. Alberto Barugel, Chairperson

The Modern Languages Department hosts a chapter of the National Spanish Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi. Voces Latinas, a publication of student writing, is published annually. Each year the Department hosts a week-long international film festival. The Modern Language Department offers more than one degree track.

Degrees include:
Bachelor of Arts in Spanish
Bachelor of Arts in Spanish-Teacher Certification (Spanish)


Note: The Department offers courses in Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian. Students are advised to consult the schedule of classes each semester to determine the Department's offerings.
