Biology Minor Requirements
1. Twenty-four (24) credits in Biology, including Principles of Biology I & II (8- credits), eight (8) credits from other 200-level courses, and eight (8) credits from 300-/400-level courses.

2. A minimum GPA of 2.0 in Biology 130 and Biology 131 must be attained in order to enroll in advanced courses.

3. Students should consult with their major department advisor to determine how best to supplement their major field.

Note: Chemistry 105, 1105, 106 and 1106 are prerequisites for all 300- and 400-level Biology courses. Similarly, Chemistry 207 and 208 are recommended prerequisites for many 300- and 400-level major courses. Students are advised to complete at least Chemistry 105, 1105, 106 and 1106 prior to beginning their Junior year.
