    A concert that spans the centuries, from J. S. Bach’s rarely performed Contrapunctus IX (1751) to Nate Kimball’s fantastical Gilead (2014). The program also includes: Kitty Hawk (John Cheetham), Chorale and Alleluia (Howard Hanson), There Will Come Soft Rains (Patrick Burns), Beneath the Orange Trees (Joaquin Turina), O Magnum Mysterium (Morton Lauridsen), and Dawn Flight (Philip Wilby).

    The 16th Annual Statewide "Diversity Issues in Higher Education" conference will be held on Friday, November 18, at

    New Jersey City University in Jersey City, NJ.

    This year's theme is The Charge to Lead Diversity and Inclusion in a Climate of Globalization.

    This conference is the premier event within the tri-state area addressing critical diversity challenges in academia, the community, and the workplace. The day-long event will include dynamic speakers and thought-provoking breakout sessions for attendees from corporate America, HR/career advancement, education, nonprofit and government sectors as well as the general public.

    The conference will take place in the Gilligan Student Union, Multipurpose Room, 2nd floor.  It is open to students, alumni, faculty and staff from colleges and universities, corporate affiliates and the general public.
