    Biography

    Ellen Quinn received her B.F.A. in Drawing from the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford and her M.F.A. from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University.While a student at Hartford she studied with filmmaker and painter, Jack Goldstein and art critic,Alan Sondheim.At Rutgers she studied with sculptor, Jackie Winsor; painter and activist, Leon Golub; and fluxus performance artist, Geoff Hendricks. 

    At NJCU Professor Quinn teaches courses in digital art, art history, and graphic design for print and web. Her design projects include web design for the Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor at Princeton University, design of the scholarly publication, Transformations, and the visual poetry collection, BlipSoak 01, by poet Tan Lin.
