    This certificate is appropriate for an individual who is interested in becoming a Certified Financial Planner® professional. The program is registered with the CFP Board and meets the educational requirements to sit for the CFP® examination.

    Students who are planning a career in investment management and research may choose to pursue one or two relevant certificates. The Graduate Certificate in Investment Analysis covers the curriculum required to prepare for Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst® examinations administered by the CFA Institute.

    The Graduate Certificate in Professional Portfolio Management covers the curriculum required to prepare for Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst® examinations administered by the CFA Institute.

    Graduate Certificate in Professional Financial Management (18 credits) 

    The Graduate Certificate in Professional Financial Management is designed for individuals who expect to exercise control over the financial functions of their companies or for general managers who wish to strengthen their knowledge and skills in the financial management of their organizations. The program includes the topics tested on the Certified Financial Manager examination, sponsored jointly by the Institute of Management Accountants and the Financial Management Association.
