PERSONNEL POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND PRACTICE
A pregnant faculty member shall be granted earned sick leave with pay pursuant to Article XXIV or may be granted vacation leave pursuant to Article XXIC or leave of absence without pay pursuant to Article XXVI.B for such period of time that she is physically unable to perform her work prior to the expected date of birth and after the actual date of birth. Such utilization of sick leave, vacation leave and/or leave of absence without pay shall be subject to all requirements and conditions for the use of such leave.
