Class Enrollment Lists

On the opening day of the semester, faculty receive a list of students enrolled in each of their classes. The list includes all students officially registered prior to the opening of semester. Approximately one week after the close of the last registration/course change period, faculty receive an updated list for each class, which incorporates late registrants and students enrolled by way of add/drop.

Prior to the close of semester classes, faculty receive a final grade roster for each class. These rosters reflect all changes and no students may be added or deleted by faculty. All students listed must receive a grade.
