AND ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS

FACULTY AND STAFF WORKSHOPS

Workshops are held annually in the early fall, the purpose of which is to familiarize new faculty and staff with professional development opportunities and resources available on campus. Presentations are provided by representatives of the Union, Senate Management, PDRP, faculty/staff, library, Academic Computing, and MIS.

FACULTY AND ACADEMIC AFAIRS DIALOGUES

Informal, roundtable discussions hosted by the Vice President for Academic Affairs for faculty and staff, the Dialogues have included topics ranging from academic issues, such as ideas for new curricula in the new millennium, to budget issues and economic decisions made by the administration. These three annual dialogues are well attended with usually 50 faculty and staff.
