Q: Where do I find information about NJCU closings?

A: The Public Safety Department has a page listing the various sources for closing announcements. Please see that page at http://www.njcu.edu/dept/psd/Information/closings.html

Q: How do I get to my grades?

A: You can call 1-800-290-0687 for grades. Simply follow the verbal directions. You can also access grades via the Internet. Point your browser to http://www.campusdirect.com.
If you have any questions, call the Registrar's Office at 201-200-3333.

Q: I forgot my email password. What should I do?

A: The most common reason you cannot access is due to password expiration. You must change your password every six months. If you do not, the system will force you to by immediately requesting that you type a new password and verify it by typing it again.

If you are using an Email client to POP your email, you do not see this transaction and your client simply reports a (misleading) login error. You must Telnet directly to your account and logon interactively. Go through the password change prompts and logoff. Then, go to your email client and change the password there to match the new password.

If you try an interactive logon and fail to gain access, you will need to bring yourself, along with your validated college ID card, to Rossey Hall, Rm. 10 to have your password/account reset. Sorry, but this cannot be done by phone or email.
