You must be a United States Citizen or permanent resident in possession of a green card. In addition, you must  have been a resident of New Jersey for at least one year prior to receiving an EOF/OSP grant, have a high school diploma or GED Certificate, can demonstrate through an OSP interview that you have the motivation to complete a university program of study, qualify financially, and agree to participate in a six-week pre-college intensive academic program, OSP is the program for you.

For each additional member of the household, an allowance of $6,040 shall be added to this amount in order to determine EOF eligibility for the 2002-2003 academic year. This allowance shall be adjusted to reflect changes in the Federal poverty guidelines as published in the Federal Register. In addition, the gross income level for each household size shall also be adjusted annually.
