Juanita Randall, a principal library assistant in NJCU’s Congressman Frank Guarini Library, is the recipient of the Employee of the Month Recognition Program Award for February 2006.  Ms. Randall has been a member of the Library staff since 1978.

Ms. Randall is posted at the service desk in the Periodicals and U.S. Documents Department where she helps students locate materials they request for to research and studies. She also works closely with the student assistants to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

From 1997 until 2004, Ms. Randall held the position of CWA Branch President at NJCU.  She has also served on various committees of BAAFSSO and has also been involved as a volunteer with the Gifts from the Heart program on campus.

In her leisure time, Ms. Randall enjoys reading science fiction books and working on various arts and crafts projects.  She resides in Jersey City.
