Summer and Fall 2008 Candidates for Graduation Clearance

PLEASE FILE A GRADUATION CLEARANCE APPLICATION FORM WITH THE OFFICE OF GRADUATION STUDIES BY THE FOLLOWING DATE: June 15 for summer 2008 completion and October 15 for fall 2008 completion. It is to the student’s advantage to apply for graduation clearance during the scheduled period so there is ample time to review records and determine if there are any deficiencies. Forms may be downloaded from HERE; fax to 201-200-2188 or email to mvargas@njcu.edu.

A $25.00 non-refundable per application graduation clearance fee is charged to all students payable directly to the University Bursar.
