  • Enterprise Support Services is responsible for the installation, management, and support of desktop and laptop systems for faculty and staff. This unit serves as the hub for all technical support via the Univerity's centralized Help Desk management application. All service and support requests are filtered and tracked through this application, and assigned to the appropriate department unit and staff member to ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.
