Fraternities and Sororities

Fraternities and sororities at New Jersey City University are defined as selective self-perpetuating Greek-lettered organizations that have philosophies and objectives which are in agreement with the purpose and goals of the University. These groups are expected to play a positive role in the total educational process of the University and to provide opportunities for individual growth in terms of leadership and responsibility. Official recognition of the organization occurs only after approval is granted by the Inter-Greek Council.
