NJCU to Offer 'Introduction to Drawing ' on Saturdays
New Jersey City University’s Office of Continuing Education will offer “Introduction to Drawing,” a six-session course, on Saturdays, October 17 through November 21.
Course sessions will meet 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on the NJCU campus at 2039 Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City. Registration is $100.00.
“Introduction to Drawing” combines instruction and exercises in various drawing techniques and introduces such concepts as contour line value (light and shadow) and composition. The course encourages students to draw realistically and emphasizes “learning to see.”
