NJCU to Offer Prep Course for Archdiocese of Newark’s High School Entrance Exam on Saturdays
New Jersey City University will offer a preparation course for the Cooperative Test for Entrance into Parochial High School (COOP), the entrance examination for Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Newark, on Saturdays this fall.
Offered through the Kids on Campus Program of NJCU’s Office of Continuing Education, the course for eighth-grade students will meet 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays, September 19 through October 24.
Classes will focus on the reading, language, and mathematical components of the COOP Test which is administered annually in November. Homework will be required.
Tuition is $165.00, not including the course textbook, Master the Catholic High School Entrance Exams; the textbook will be available on campus at the University’s bookstore.
