NJCU to Offer ‘Breaking into TV Commercials’ on Saturday Mornings
New Jersey City University will offer “Breaking into TV Commercials” on Saturdays, October 31 through December 5.
Offered through NJCU’s Office of Continuing Education, all course sessions will meet 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., on the NJCU campus at 2039 Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City. Registration is $125.00.
This on-camera course covers acting techniques for commercials, performing in front of a camera, auditioning without fear, finding an agent, and obtaining a dynamic headshot that opens doors. Each student is videotaped in class and creates a demo-type tape.
Course instructor is Gregory Korostishevsky, an actor and stand-up comedian whose credits include Broadway, television, film, and more than 50 international commercials.
