B.A. IN MUSIC BUSINESS

Most music students have strong creative and analytical skills, abilities that are also found in successful business people. Students with a strong desire to work in and around the music industry should consider the music business major. The bachelor of arts degree program includes the University’s core courses as well as music, business, and music business courses.

In addition to providing SAT scores and transcripts, all students applying for the music business program must audition as a vocalist or instrumentalist. Auditions are held each spring and students applying for any music major must perform several musical selections before a faculty committee.
