The NJCU School of Business programs are accredited by ABCSP - the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

The following School of Business programs are ACBSP accredited:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance
  • Bachelor of Science in Management
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science in Global Business
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Science in Accounting
  • Master of Science in Finance 

Accrediting business education programs at the associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degree levels worldwide.

ACBSP's accreditation process follows the Baldrige model. The accreditation focuses on recognizing teaching excellence, determining student learning outcomes, and a continuous improvement model. ACBSP’s student-centered teaching and learning approach, which is measured and analyzed for quality, ensures that students gain the right skills from their educational investment. Institutions with programs accredited by ACBSP are committed to continuous improvement that ensures their  business program will give students the skills employers want.

New Jersey City University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (267-284-5000). The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
