    Biography

    Dr. David Rabinowitsch has been teaching nursing for nearly two decades, and joined New Jersey City University as an Associate Professor of Nursing in 2010. Since then, he has taught Fundamentals and Psychiatric Nursing in the Accelerated B.S.N. Program, as well as Nursing Process and Health Promotion of Groups and Community in the R.N. to B.S.N. Program. He is a holistic nurse who has practiced and taught guided imagery and energetic healing for many years. He received a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western University, completing research on Healing Touch offered for college credit. His M.S. education from Sage College prepared him to be a Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. He maintains clinical as a per diem nurse in Hospice. Dr Rabinowitsch has taught guided imagery, Healing Touch, and wellness courses in the U.S and abroad, and is the primary HT instructor in Sweden (www.healingtouch.se) and Denmark (www.healingtouch.dk).
