As New Jersey’s fiscal crisis has brought about deep cuts in higher education funding, there has never been a more critical time to make a donation to NJCU. At one time, the University received 70 percent of its budget from the state. That figure has dropped to an all-time low of 20 percent in the F08-09 budget.
The generosity of our loyal alumni, faculty, staff, and friends will help fill the gap and ensure that the next class of deserving students will continue to receive a top-quality education for every tuition dollar they spend. You can help by making a donation in one of two categories:
The Gothic Tradition of giving includes donations to the University’s Annual Fund, class reunion gifts, and scholarships. These gifts help the University to meet its current expenses and provide financial support for students and special programs. All gifts over $1,000 will be recognized as leadership donations and donors will be enrolled in the Roundtable Society. For additional information contact Victoria Thompson, director of annual giving, at 201-200-2472 or vthompson@njcu.edu.
When you make a gift to the NJCU Annual Fund, you will be recognized as being part of one of these important giving categories:
