OUR VISION 

The Speicher-Rubin Women's Center for Equity and Diversity advances a University community where everyone understands and values diverse cultures, experiences, and perspectives. In fulfilling this goal, the Center staff has developed programs and services that serve the intellectual, social, personal, and cultural needs of all students while paying particular attention to women, as well as other underrepresented and marginalized groups.

OUR MISSION 

The mission of the Speicher-Rubin Women's Center for Equity and Diversity, at New Jersey City University and within the community at a large, is to advocate, educate, and provide support and referral services in order to address cultural diversity and to achieve equity for women as well as other underrepresented students with respect to ability, race, color, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.
