NJCU's Division of Professional Education and Lifelong Learning (PELL) provides free access to Career Coach, a customized online resource for prospective students, undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. 

The NJCU Career Coach helps individuals find the career they love and the NJCU education to help them get there.

The NJCU Career Coach allows prospective students, undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni explore opportunities so they can find the right career. Career Coach is customized so people can review relevant and timely data that will help them choose an NJCU education path related to specific careers.

The NJCU Career Coach allows individuals to take a career assessment, browse hundreds of careers, research NJCU programs and even build a resume.

In today’s hyper-competitive, dynamic, and ever changing global marketplace, students need a tool like the NJCU Career Coach that can help them understand new jobs and the educational pathways to help them earn the required credentials.

With its real-time data on 'live job postings' organized by 11 different geographical locations (see list below) the NJCU Career Coach is a free and valuable online resource every NJCU student and graduate should use.
