1. Advisement & Course Registration
Please sign into your GothicNet account to confirm your Advisor or refer to the University Advisement Center's guide on their homepage.
For additional assistance, feel free to contact the University Advisement Center directly by phone at 201-200-3300 or by email.
*If you plan to take courses at the NJCU @ Fort Monmouth location, please contact our coordinators to schedule an appointment.
*Please note all holds (including Bursar holds, immunization holds, etc.) must be cleared before students can resume classes.
1A. Transfer Credit Evaluation
If you've completed classes at another college or university, please request for an official electronic transcript to be sent to the Admissions Office's email - admissions@njcu.edu.
Once your transfer credits have been reviewed, an evaluation of your courses will be emailed to you. If you have any questions regarding your evaluation, please contact the Transfer Resource Center at 201-200-3418 or email transfer@njcu.edu if you have not received a copy of your transfer credit evaluation.
2. Your Key to Staying Connected at NJCU
Log into GothicNet to view your financial aid, student billing, class schedule, holds and other important University information.
Click on 'Forgot Password' if you need help with your password.

3. Financial Aid
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.gov to maximize the grant options available to you.

4. Living and Learning
If you are interested in on-campus housing, please contact our Office of Residence Life for more information at 201-200-2338, or email reslife@njcu.edu.

5. Immunization Records
Request your immunization records from your school or doctor as soon as possible to allow time for processing. New Jersey State Law requires all students born after 1956 to submit proof of immunity to Measles (2 doses), Mumps, and Rubella or file a valid exception. For more information on requirements and how to submit your records, visit The Health and Wellness Center page or call the Health and Wellness Center at 201-200-3456.
6. Paying for College
Review your tuition and payment plan options via your GothicNet account. For student billing questions, please visit the Office of Student Accounts in Hepburn Hall, Room 106 or call 201-471-6099.
