Prior Learning Assessment
Students looking to receive credit for life experience or certificate completion must provide certificates (CPA, Fire Academy, EMT, Police Academy, etc.) and documents to the Transfer Resource Center. These documents will be sent to the appropriate departments for assessment. If the department chooses to award credit, the Transfer Resource Center will update the evaluation and GothicNet accordingly.

Graduation Clearance
Students must apply for graduation through the Registrar's office. All transcripts and test scores should be submitted prior to your application for graduation clearance. Student success is important to the Transfer Resource Center. We work closely with Academic departments and the Registrar's office to review student records.
