Description : 21st-century learners need 21st-century leaders. With the onset of COVID-19, educators have been required to think outside of the box for solutions. In this session, learn how the Willingboro Public Schools were able to lead through the pandemic, along with how you can build leadership capacity within your organization to drive innovation in a post-pandemic world.

Phillip Crisostomo is employed as the Supervisor of Instructional Technology & Data Analysis within the Willingboro Public Schools, as well as a mentor for new school leaders with the Leader2Leader Program. In his current role, he oversees the district's 1:1 device initiative and monitors the implementation of educational technology in the district's schools.
