In this session, learn how the Willingboro Public Schools were able to lead through the pandemic, along with how you can build leadership capacity within your organization to drive innovation in a post-pandemic world.

Phillip Crisostomo is employed as the Supervisor of Instructional Technology & Data Analysis within the Willingboro Public Schools, as well as a mentor for new school leaders with the Leader2Leader Program. In his current role, he oversees the district's 1:1 device initiative and monitors the implementation of educational technology in the district's schools.
