Good at wearing multiple hats, Rose Mary is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. As project manager, she specializes in customer service that nurtures positive, productive relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Always calm and composed while thinking two steps ahead, she is prepared to implement plan B or C if needed. Combining analytical and creative thinking, she sincerely cares about delivering high quality work every time.
Rose Mary is an experienced and highly accomplished manager, having worked in both corporate and academic settings. Prior to joining New Jersey City University, Rose Mary served as Senior Administrative Assistant to the President and the Board of Trustees at William Paterson University, as well as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of External Affairs at Monmouth University. Earlier in her career, Rose Mary held positions at AT&T, R.R. Donnelley Financial and more recently Avaya, where she managed logistics for global sales training and events.
Her outstanding organizational, administrative, problem-solving and negotiation talents, including the ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously, make her an agile part of the NJCU team.
In her free time, Rose Mary enjoys biking, searching for sea glass at the shore, and volunteering her expertise to charitable causes.
