The Congressman Frank J. Guarini Library will be open to the students, staff, and faculty on September 1, 2020.  We will be offering no contact pickup of library books and DVDs to current faculty, staff, and students.  Items can be requested by calling the Circulation Desk at 201-200-3030 during the hours of Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 3:30 pm or through the CONGRESSMAN FRANK J. GUARINI LIBRARY NO CONTACT PICKUP REQUEST at any time. Please fill out one request for each item.  There is a five item limit. Your request should be processed within 2 business days. 

We will retrieve your books/DVDs and return your call to schedule a pickup time.  If you completed the CONGRESSMAN FRANK J. GUARINI LIBRARY NO CONTACT PICKUP REQUEST, a notification will be sent to your NJCU email address when the items are ready and to schedule a pickup time by calling 201-200-3030.  The items will be checked out to your account by staff.  Your Gothic ID# is required.  Call the Circulation Desk when you reach campus at the designated time.  Materials will be placed on a book truck in the lobby prior to your arrival at the library.  Pickup hours are Monday – Thursday 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.  Returned items should be placed on the book truck marked “Returns” located in the lobby as well.  They will be quarantined for three (3) days.  Therefore, the returned items will not be removed from your account until the quarantine period has elapsed.  Please note only Guarini Library-owned circulating materials are available.  Interlibrary loan service is still suspended.
