DINING ON CAMPUS
NJCU’s food service provider, Gourmet Dining, offers resident and commuter students a delectable array of choices at three locations, including the newly renovated Vodra Hall.
The dining services meal plan is mandatory for all resident hall students and begins with dinner on the first day of check in. Meals are served seven days a week, except on major holidays when the University is closed (e.g., Thanksgiving and Christmas). Commuters can select from two meal plan options, if they so choose.
Flexible spending plan
NJCU offers a flexible spending plan that residents and commuters access via the Gothic Card to purchase individual meals and snacks from any dining service location. Similar to a debit card, the amount of any purchase is deducted from your account balance. Gothic Card points, which equal dollars, can be added in $10 increments at the University Center on the first floor of the Gilligan Student Union.
Note: Students wishing to include flexible dollars as part of their financial aid must contact the Bursar Office for assistance.
Student Union Café
