"Empowering All Minds: Navigating FoMO, Prioritizing Mental Health, and Maximizing College Success"

The NJCU Psychology Society is cordially inviting you to the 7th Annual NJCU Pedagogy Day!

Pedagogy Day is an exciting opportunity to share ideas, enhance understanding, and connect with fellow educators and scholars who share our passion for teaching and learning.

Dr. Peri Yuksel and Dr. Wei Zhang will present preliminary findings from their "Lifestyle Survey". They will discuss the pervasive phenomenon of FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) and provide practical strategies to navigate its impact on student lives.

Hafsa Dawood, NJCU outreach worker and graduate student, will chair a student panel featuring Cristhōfer Abreu, Iris Gonzalez, Devon Malloy, and Nicolette Tsamos, who will offer peer-to-peer guidance on how to excel academically while maintaining a healthy balance.

The event will conclude with the NJCU Psi Chi Chapter Induction to celebrate excellence in psychology. It's a special moment to applaud those who have shown outstanding dedication and achievement in their field.

We look forward to having you join us for this inspiring day of learning and recognition!
