This workshop will focus on managing negative self-talk and stress, while increasing one’s sense of confidence and joy. You’ll develop empowerment through self-awareness, real-life coping strategies and interpersonal insight.

The end goal is to feel emotionally stronger and better able to cope with some of the happenings that we’re facing in our lives today.
