The NJCU GIS Day Organizing Committee and Earth and Environmental Sciences Department cordially invite students, faculty, staff, and GIS professionals from the Tri-State region and neighboring states to join us celebrate the GIS Day 2021.

The event will consist of oral presentations by a keynote speaker, Dr. Joseph Kerski from Esri and NJCU faculty as well as poster presentations for best poster awards and GIS exhibitions.

Like other organizations across the globe, we are taking part in these grassroots events celebrating geospatial sciences and their impacts on the real world. This year, NJCU’s GIS Day event will showcase innovative applications of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in a multi-disciplinary context.
