"If Nothing Changes, Nothing Changes."
Exploration of Adulthood through Executive Functions
This presentation explores the everyday skills students need to succeed in college, such as time management, organization, focus, and self-regulation. It looks at how gaps in these executive functions can impact academic performance, motivation, and persistence. Using real-world examples and an adult perspective, the session highlights why meaningful support requires intentional change. Presented by Douglass Bailey, Academic Advisor.
