Join the Latino Action Network Hudson County and civil rights attorney Juan Cartagena for a powerful look back at Vargas v. Calabrese, the landmark case that challenged racial voter intimidation in Jersey City and led to reforms protecting minority voting rights. This event, presented in partnership with the LAN Foundation, marks the 40th anniversary of the case and its lasting impact on civil rights and electoral justice.
