Colors. Fonts. Graphics. Photos.

All of these components create a unique visual system that makes our story more powerful and identifiable.

Colors

Consistent use of green and gold gives us brand recognition across a variety of media. We also use a specific gray and black that complements our official colors.

Website Colors

The colors we use on our website are slightly different from those that we use in other communications. This is to meet ADA guidelines and UX best practices.

Typography Don'ts

Some typefaces don't work well together. Below are examples of University typefaces that shouldn't be paired.

University Seal and Crest

University Seal

This is the official university seal. It has very limited use, primarily on official university documents, such as diplomas and Presidential communications. All such uses require the prior approval of the Office of Marketing & Communications. The official university seal may not be combined with the NJCU logotype.

University Crest

The University Crest was once part of the NJCU logo, but this is no longer the case. Now, it is used as a graphic element in a variety of communications.
