Lauren Lopena Judd received the “Community Scholar” award from the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey (HCDNNJ). She is the first NJCU student to receive such an award.
The Music, Dance and Theatre Department at NJCU, under the creative umbrella of the Center for the Arts, presented a main stage production of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s first Tony Award-winning musical, In the Heights.
