NJCU's Shanda Johnson, Ph.D., APN-C, FNP to receive 2019 NJLN Nurse Recognition Award

The New Jersey League for Nursing (NJLN) has named NJCU's Shanda Johnson, Ph.D., APN-C, FNP, Assistant Professor, Accelerated BSN Program Coordinator, a 2019 NJLN Nurse Recognition Award recipient in honor of her outstanding commitment and contributions to the profession of nursing.  The Nurse Recognition Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday, November 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Pines Manor, Edison, NJ.  Dr. Johnson is also a family nurse practitioner.  She received a B.S. in Nursing, an M.S. in Nursing, and a Ph.D. in Nursing Science from Rutgers University.
