He noted, “I am thrilled to serve on such an important national committee of this 100 year old organization.  The TRB does such important work, which crosses across a number of policy and interdisciplinary areas.  I am looking forward to the contributions I can make to the TRB and this Committee, and helping to make connections for NJCU in areas that complement our programs throughout the University."

Professor Bell, an NJCU School of Business Faculty member since September 2016, is a graduate of Tulane University Law School, where he is a co-founder of that school's nationally recognized Corporate Law Boot Camp Program, and continues to serve Tulane Law as an Intersession Faculty Member for that program.  Among Professor Bell's current service contributions to the University include the university-wide General Education Curriculum Committee (member).
