NJCU Shifting to Remote Operations on June 8 Due to Unhealthy Air Quality

Please be advised that due to the continued impacts of unhealthy air quality stemming from the Canadian wildfires, NJCU will remain open and operating but is switching to fully remote learning and work at all NJCU locations on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

This announcement does not apply to essential personnel. All essential personnel are still required to report to work but are advised to remain indoors and wear protective masks if they must be outdoors.

Students scheduled for in-person summer courses should check with their instructors regarding any changes.

The campus community is advised to remain indoors with their windows closed to limit exposure to the unhealthy air conditions.
