The JCPD, in conjunction with NJCU Public Safety, have determined this was an isolated incident posing no threat to the university community. Dear Members of the NJCU Community,
Due to winter weather conditions, New Jersey City University will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. NJCU will open for in-person activities beginning at 10:30 a.m. at its main campus, School of Business, and Fort Monmouth locations.
Nonessential personnel should not report to campus until 10:30 a.m. There are no changes to other services on campus, including dining services, which will operate at regular times.
This announcement does not apply to weather-essential personnel, who should report as usual.
