The NJCU Cybersecurity club is open to all NJCU students, faculty, staff, and alumni interested in learning more about cybersecurity. The purpose of the Cybersecurity Club is to raise awareness of cyber security related issues to the community as a whole including but not limited to the student body of NJCU, local schools and other members of the community. The Cybersecurity Club strives to encourage safe online practices, promote the importance of ethical hacking and inform students of current events in information security. The Cybersecurity Club will also organize teams to compete in Cybersecurity Competitions.
Meetings are currently being held once a month on a Monday night at 6:00 PM in the Professional Security Studies Building, 4th Floor, Room 438 Cyber Lab.
