Scholarship Opportunity for Undocumented Students: Up to $33K for a Bachelor's Degree at NJCU

NJCU proudly supports Dreamers and is happy to now be a partner college of TheDream.US, the nation’s largest college and career success program for undocumented immigrant students.

The new partnership announcement comes after the recent opening of TheDream.US new Scholarship round for the 2026-2027 academic year, which started on November 1, 2025, and will run through the end of February 28, 2026. The scholarships are open to undocumented immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2020.

This means New Jersey’s immigrant youth will be eligible to apply for TheDream.US National Scholarship. The National Scholarship is for Dreamers who are about to graduate high school or earn a GED; current community college students; and current university students.

Estudiantes Inmigrantes Indocumentados: Gana Hasta $33,000 en Total Para un Bachillerato en NJCU

NJCU y TheDream.US, el programa de éxito y acceso a la universidad más grande del país para jóvenes inmigrantes, se han unido para ayudar a estudiantes inmigrantes de Nueva Jersey a que puedan lograr su sus sueños de educación superior por medio de un programa de becas para DREAMers.

El nuevo anuncio de asociación llega después de una nueva ronda de becas para el año académico 2026-2027 que comenzó el 1 de noviembre de 2025 y se extenderá hasta finales de febrero de 2026. Estas becas están abiertas para estudiantes inmigrantes indocumentados con o sin DACA o TPS que llegaron a los EE. UU antes de los 16 años y antes del 1 de noviembre de 2020.

A través de la nueva asociación, los jóvenes inmigrantes de Nueva Jersey serán elegibles para aplicar a la Beca Nacional. La Beca Nacional es para DREAMers a punto de graduarse de la escuela secundaria o obtener un GED; estudiantes universitarios comunitarios actuales; y estudiantes universitarios actuales.
